PAYMENT, BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Users are obligated to pay for the membership service of this Web Site, unless specifically notified in writing otherwise. Users, both Parents and Babysitters that sign up will pay $14.95 a year for services of this Web Site. Unless cancelled by you as provided below, you will be automatically billed each year. LakeCountyMoms.com will use its best efforts to ensure the privacy of all credit cards and all other personal information. We expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to third parties. User does hereby agree to hold LakeCountyMoms.com harmless for any damages that may result there from. LakeCountyMoms.com will always use a secured server and a third party service to process your credit card information.
We hate to lose our clients for any reason, but we know that there may be a time when you decide to cancel. If you would like to cancel your membership, please email our customer service department at least 30 days prior to the renewal date @ bolzewski@comcast.net. Once your account has been closed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that we do not pro-rate the annual service/membership fee.
If the account holder on file is not the person who requested cancellation, we will request verification from the account holder before we process the cancellation. We want to avoid deleting any account by mistake. Once verified, your rebilling will be stopped and your account information will be deleted from our servers.

LakeCountyMoms.com will process refunds or credits only for our errors and mistakes. Cancellation requests made after the account has been billed will not qualify for a refund.
